Here is my forest painting that is the backdrop for my Conjuring Songbirds idea.

And here is my completed work available for purchase in my etsy shop.

Visiting from Rohzi's - The painting of the bird spirit reminds me so much of the sequel to Robert Holdstock's Mythago Wood, Lavondyss. Don't know if it is currently in print, but you can probably find a second-hand copy.

I like the painting, and I think you should try and write some simple fantasy stories to go with them. Good luck.

Forest artwork is one of my favorite kinds. It causes my mind to explode into various mystical tales, and I begin to covet those tales, wanting so very much to be a part of them.

Very nice work. : - )

Well, I am bad...I love the background without the bird! Is that wrong? Probably. You are really talented, Julie.
