The Three Anatomists
Proceeding with the three anatomists. I am enjoying painting the cadaver. I thought it would be a pain in the butt because the source photo is so dark and small, and I can't really make much sense out of the cadaver in the photo. BUT, there is really no wrong sort of topography for a corpse, is there? I can invent it, cave it in, bruise it, cut it, jut it, and it is all still a possible presentation. I find it a very freeing enterprise.
