On the needles today- an orange sweater requested by my five year old. And a teal shawl knit in the round from a cotton and wool blend fingering weight yarn. I've never knit a shawl in the round before, and I'm a little annoyed that I can't straighten it out and see how it looks. I guess we'll all be surprised when it comes off the needles.

I have no idea what knitting in the round is and I'm trying to figure it out. Needless to say, I know nothing about knitting.
