The Owl Was A Baker's Daughter
Work in progress today.
The baker's daughter was turned into an owl, in the legend, for not giving bread to Christ. The legend is most notably cited in Hamlet, in a scene with Ophelia:
Well, God'ield you! They say the owl was a baker’s daughter. Lord, we know what we are, but know not what we may be. God be at your table.
I am just working on a bit of a stream of consciousness, dark dream vision right now.
