Abecedarium of Demise: The Letter M

Mistress Mary would not throw one Morsel of trash away.
Moldy Melons and Must Meats were amassing every day.

Mary refused to Move from her Mess, she wouldn't for any price.
Mistress Mary was found on Monday, Mauled to death by Mice.

This should get everyone all psyched up and ready to start their spring cleaning! Let's get out those Mops, ladies!

I have made my illustrated poem "On a Windy Night Ludmila the Clown Went Missing" available on blurb. It features 30 original artworks.

Great one Julie! The first (and last!) time I watched "The Hoarders" I immediately cleaned out my closets and attic :) Maybe this will give me some inspiration to get the house in shape. Kathy (btw, it is exciting to be starting a new business, even though at this point we had hoped to be planning our retirement - oh well!)

With everything going on at my house, I really have to get on it. Luckily, my house doesn't look at bad as Mistress Mary with the hoarding. I do have a few dust bunnies though.

Awesome as always. I once had to help a person like Mistress Mary move. Egads.

Oh, this could have been an Hitchcock movie!! Birds... Mice...
I was just talking to a fellow blogger yesterday about that show called Hoarders. Very sad really. Although most of my house is tidy and organized, this office/sewing room is in need of a big clean out. And since the big high school garage sale (to benefit the Marching Band) is this weekend, I need to go around my house and find a box of two of items that I can donate.

Thank you for not calling her Maggie! Although she does resemble me on a very bad day!!
Great M post, how do you think of them?

Mice and maggots as a weight-loss method. I bet you could market this idea. The Mice Maggot Method. Sounds catchy.

What's buzzin cousin? Our little family is growing. Two others have Kwiatkowskis in their families. We'll have to make plans for a family reunion.

I think Mary is a hoarder. Who isn't nowadays with all the shows about hoarding?

yes, that definitely motivates me to start cleaning!

thanks for your visit.

Again you made me smile with your tale! I would love to see what books and movies are on your shelves...of course they would not look like Mary's! Have a great day!

Oh oh, I know someone like this (not me!) and it isn't pretty!

Great drawings! I'm amazed at the
Kwiatkowskis connection that is going on here on Alphabe Thursday! It's like the Twilight Zone ..only you are too young t know what that is..lol

And just when I think you couldn't possibly get any funnier or more clever!

EXCELLENT!!!

At first I thought Mary might be on some new weight loss plan, but then discovered that it was the mice. I better go get to cleaning. (Actually, the mice did a pretty good job.)

You mentioned on my post that you loved Art Nouveau fairy tale illustration.... I love it too. :)

Wasn't this an episode on the hoarders?

Yikes!

What a macabre and marvelous post!

And an amazing stop on my little Alphabe-Thursday journey through the Letter "M"!

I bought Julie's book.

If you haven't,you must.

Her talent is ... ummm.... average.

She says I compliment her too much.

Julie, look away.

Her talent is ASTOUNDING!

A+

Wow. I think I used to babysit for Mistress Mary on occasion. I couldn't even prepare a meal for her kids without spending an hour cleaning her kitchen first-- then there was still no place to sit down and eat. It was so sad.
