Story Illustration no.7

Mostly just blobbed in some color. I'm never really picky when I first put down paint, it could really be any color. I build up and fine tune the colors later, and it often helps to have contrasting, or out-of-tune colors underneath, it give it interesting depth and saves it from looking trite.

Goodness gracious! Even your blobbed in color is detailed and has a bit of depth as well (i.e. shading in the table and wall). Talented one you are!

I love that you give these tips. Maybe someday when I take up painting I can use them.
