Hungarian Embroidery

I've decided to work on my satin stitches and try out some Hungarian style, Kolacsa embroidery. This is done on some pink fabric, a blended suiting fabric of some kind that I've found either in a thrift store or church rummage sale, who knows! But it seemed perfectly cheerful for a kalocsa doily.

Julie, I LOVE your hungarian embroidery!!

Make a guess as to have many clothes are in the bag, count the books in the pile and keep track of your number! It sounds like you could be well on your way to 366! I think we will all feel relieved to get the unused/unwanted things out of our home and make more space for the way we want to live.

Beautiful. And it makes me want to eat something hungarian-ish!
