Far Darrig. The Red Man
Work in progress today. 8" x 10" original acrylic on acid free paper painting inspired by the Far Darrig, the Red Man of Irish Folk Lore. He is said to be fond of gruesome practical jokes, and has some connection with nightmares.

The Rabbit Maid
The Rabbit Maid is a folk tale inspired winter scene of a girl in a fur hat and muff, and folk dress, keeping guard over two enormous white rabbits in a wintery forest. Lots of fairy tale charm. Acrylic on acid-free paper 8" x 10" by Julie Kwiatkowski Schuler.
The painting does not include the "My Good Babushka" watermark which was included here for security purposes. At My Good Babushka: Painting, Jewelry and Needlework.

Wraith Road
I like to give each individual wraith a little personality. Also I am trying to make them look a little light and flickery and ill-defined, a bit like a gas flame. You can see Wraith Road or other paintings at my site My Good Babushka. Art. Jewelry. Needlework
