The Astronomer
The Astronomer. Original painting 8" x 10" acrylic on acid-free paper by Julie Kwiatkowski Schuler.
Inspired by a photograph of Dr. David Peck Todd, a noted American astronomer. He produced a complete set of photographs of the 1882 transit of Venus.
The painting does not contain the black bars or the "My Good Babushka" watermark, which were included here for formatting and security purposes.
