I have this very pretty powder blue yarn and I'm going to make a sweater. Maybe for me. Just a simple, ribbed, long sleeve sweater. The kind I like. Sure. It's my birthday, I might as well make something for myself!

That's a beautiful color! It's going to be a great sweater! Happy Birthday! I've been really sick, so I don't remember if I told you or not, but Dale and Lindsay were completely blown away by your portrait! I just couldn't have imagined a better reaction. To quote Lindsay, "That's my favorite picture of us ever! HOW did you do THIS?" I had to confess that I have no artistic skill whatsoever and that a bloggy friend of mine did custom work ;-)
