Pennsylvania Dutch Inspired Embroidery
Hand embroidered ornament 5" x 4" inspired by the colorful motifs of Pennsylvania Dutch art. Made by hand with cotton floss on a cotton canvas fabric. Stuffed with polyester fiber and hand sewn together. There is a muslin envelope back for holding notes, small gifts, or cinnamon sticks and cloves for a naturally scented sachet. Hand crocheted cotton thread hanging loop at top. You can find the Pennsylvania Dutch Embroidered Ornament at My Good Babushka.

Pretty New Scarf at My Good Babushka
Here is a picture of the sunset from my upstairs landing window. Very pretty.
And here is a scarf I knitted. Very warm, knit in a tube so it will be two-ply for extra warmth and keep all the straggly ends of yarn on the inside. Part of the pattern is a traditional Scandinavian motif, and then I've added my own band of birds and hearts which seems a little Pennsylvania Dutch.
